BYO Club - Terms & Conditions


1.Club membership
Club membership is limited to one person per email address. Club membership is not transferrable.

2. Membership fees
The membership fee is currently a one-off single payment which entitles the payer to membership for as long as they wish, or until the club ceases to exist, whichever is the sooner.

Membership fees are inclusive of UK/EU VAT for EU* memberships, and exclusive for Non-EU memberships.

*EU Customers, for VAT purposes, comprise of the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

3. Use of Information
Club members may read and download information given within the club for their personal use only. No part of any article, specification or drawing may be published or reproduced for publication without the prior written permission of Active Simulation Ltd. Active Simulation Ltd. retains the copyright over the information published within the club.

4. Commercial Use
Commericial organisations or persons wishing to use the designs and information for commercial purposes should obtain the written permission of Active Simulation Ltd. before doing so.

5. Disclaimer

Active Simulation Ltd. cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or injury caused through acting upon the advice and informtion given.
