1. Licence
Our licensing policy is very simple. By buying a Motion Drive 3.0 package or
individual components you are licenced to use the products on one motion
platform for personal use. You may use the products for the purpose for which
they were designed, but we do not accept responsibility for any injury, loss
or damage caused through use of the products.
You are not permitted to copy, clone, reverse engineer or sell our
software under any circumstances.
Prospective commercial users of the products must contact us prior to purchase to discuss
licensing and support arrangements.
2. Product Support
We will support all users via online and email assistance. If
you are using the platform for commercial purposes, we reserve
the right to make a charge for such support.
Our support is limited to our products, though we will give
some advice relating to the use of our products in particular
projects. If the requirement for advice or support becomes extensive
and detailed, we reserve the right to make a charge.
We will always inform you of any intention to charge in advance.
3. Shipping
We aim to have the product delivered to you within 21 days of
receipt of your order. There may however be circumstances where
that is not possible. In any case, you will be kept informed
by email of the progress of your order.
Shipping is by Royal Mail Special Delivery (airmail for overseas orders).
4. Sales Tax (VAT)
We have to comply with the tax laws of the UK. This means that
customers from the UK must pay VAT on their orders. Customers
from the rest of the EU* must also pay VAT unless they themselves
are a business registered for VAT, and the products are supplied
for business use. Customers from outside the EU do not have
to pay VAT provided that the delivery address is not within
the EU. |

Payment methods
|
We use PayPal as our method of online payment. We feel that
it is quick, easy and secure for both us and you.
You do not need to maintain an account with PayPal.
All prices on this site are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling. However, PayPal
will allow you to pay the equivalent amount in your own currency, at the prevailing
exchange rate.
We will endeavour to acknowledge receipt of all orders within 48 hours, when you will
be advised of stock and estimated delivery dates. |

Buy Products
To buy our products online, simply follow these easy steps:-
- Click on the Add to Cart button for each product you wish to
buy. You will be taken to a screen where you can modify the quantity. Click Update Cart
if you change quantities so you can see your correct order. To choose another product,
click on Continue Shopping.
- CHOOSE A VALID POSTAGE OPTION, or your order may be delayed.
- When you have selected the products you require, click on the View Cart
Button.
- Click on the Checkout button and follow the
payment process.
